For January 2020 we decided to go with an unusual pick: Pink Lemon. Considered a farm mutation from Ecuador, this variety is a creamy colored rose with some blush and green in the coloration. Pink Lemon has a blushing pink center that fades to a slightly pink buttery cream color and then a cream green towards the outer petals. As it continues to open, more and more blushy pink with a hint of peach becomes visible in the center. Since this is a farm mutation, quantities will probably remain somewhat limited, so please plan accordingly.
